Traveling with Grace &
Experience at Any Age

G
rowing older doesn’t mean you have to
slow down. In this day and age, your senior
years can prove to hold some of the most
exciting and eye-opening experiences of your life.
Age is just a number, especially when it comes
to exploring the world! Jennifer Hornsby, owner
of Kingdom Elite Travel (a local travel agency),
explored why she feels travel is fun for all ages,
especially senior citizens.
“I’ve been an official travel planner for almost
three years, but I’ve been planning for our family
for years and years. I absolutely love it! I mainly
plan Disney vacations, but can also book Univer-
sal Parks and Resorts, Royal Caribbean Cruises,
and Norwegian cruises. We’re also looking to add
some all inclusive options soon.” Hornsby grew
up traveling with her parents, and they often went
to Disney Parks. Hornsby said, “ I used to tell my
husband how overwhelming I thought planning a
Disney trip would be if I hadn’t grown up and seen
the changes as they occurred. While we were on
vacation, I’d notice families who didn’t understand
their dining plan, or didn’t realize they could have
planned Fast Passes. Not understanding the op-
tions available to them impacted their vacation in a
negative way. I wanted to be able to walk alongside
them to help create memories for them like I had
with my parent’s and now my family.”
The travel industry has been significantly im-
Jennifer Horsby’s parents on a trip to Disney World.
