• In 2024 , Seabourn will debut their newest fine dining venue , Solis . Inspired by the places visited by Seabourn ’ s ultra-luxury ships , Solis will celebrate the Mediterranean by taking Seabourn ’ s onboard culinary experiences to the next level , offering light , modern Mediterranean cuisine bursting with color and character , handcrafted and prepared fresh daily . The new restaurant will launch on board Seabourn Quest in January 2024 , and will be rolled out across Seabourn Encore , Seabourn Ovation and Seabourn Sojourn by Spring 2024 .
• Master Chef and Culinary Consultant Tony Egger has created the culinary experience at Earth & Ocean at The Patio™ , an al fresco restaurant on board all Seabourn ships offering an inspired perspective of his travels around the world , and Sushi , a Japanese alternative culinary experience aboard Seabourn Encore and Seabourn Ovation .
