near future. He wants to make a traditional red salsa, a cheese
dip, Pico de Gallo and a Green salsa. “I was at a restaurant
the other day and asked for salsa and they brought me ketchup.
Then I asked for hot sauce and what I got wasn’t that spicy. I
think there is a real need for good Salsa here.”
