WELCOME
T
here've been some
changes
around
Cubed Towers over the
last month.
Firstly, we'd like to
welcome on board
two new members of
the magazine staff.
Sian Lewis is joining us
as Production Editor,
helping lay out awesome looking pages
and making the magazine a pleasure to
read.
Alex Atkin also joins
Ed McCosh as a Copy
Editor, making sure the
mag is free of typos
and articles are polished to a gleam.
In mid-August 2011,
Sian, Phil and I registered a domain largely
out of boredom in the
middle of our school
holidays. Now, Sian
and I have graduated
from university, and
Phil has a full-time job.
It's funny how times
change. With us, the
website grew up too
- we can now boast
over 50 contributors,
spread all over the
world, who've produced some really excellent content.
It's a far cry from
how we worked when
we were 16, put it that
way.
In that spirit of growing up, we're pleased
that we're going to be
launching a new YouTube brand this month
(subscribe to us, we're
CubedGamers).
Our contributors are
already hard at work
on their video content,
and soon we'll be truly
multimedia (something
our Patreon page has
changed to reflect) but don't worry, subscribers, nothing will
change for you!
Thank you to those of
you who've supported
us online, in print and
in video over the last
five years. Here's to (at
least) five more.
