Croft, who won six Guinness World
Records in the awards book's Gamer's
Edition. Croft picked up the awards for
most successful female video game
hero, most recognisable female game
character, most real-life stand-ins, the
highest-grossing game spin-off and
the most successful transition to a liveaction format (though viewers of the
second Tomb Raider film may disagree
with that assessment).
Lara won the award for most detailed
character not on the strength of her development or arc, but apparently on the
very literal measure of polygon count.
