In this class we will walk you through the history , tools and processes for Lean Six Sigma . The class is organized in the Six Sigma DMAIC ( Define , Measure , Analyze , Improve and Control ) problem solving methodology . In each session you will learn key concepts and tools that you can use immediately to drive quality results within your organization to help save you time and money . We will also take a deep dive into the statistics that help quality professionals understand their current situation and help them to make educated decisions to permanently solve their problems .
Previous Green Belt certification / instruction is not required , but is suggested . The course is a blend of instruction , hands-on learning and fun ! It is focused on examples for all industries ( not just manufacturing ), so everyone can relate to the content !
A Black Belt level project is required to complete this course . One on one instruction time is included for each student to review their project and progress with the instructor .
