IMPROVING COMMUNICATION WITH DiSC
The DiSC profile is an assessment tool where you
will be asked to complete a series of questions that
produces a detailed report about your personality
and behavior. Although developed many years ago,
it’s still the preferred personality assessment used
by organizations today. Before the workshop, you
will be asked to complete the DiSC profile and will
receive your personalized results at the session.
In this seminar, we will:
• Interpret your communication style
• Explore other communication styles
and how they relate to your style
• Examine your relationships and better understand
how to communicate with the different styles
