One hundred cars and trucks lined State Street. The centuries were well represented with the 1917 Model T, 1936 Cadillac Town
Cabriolet (the only one known to exist), 1940 Studebaker, 1947 Old’s Convertible, and the 1949 Packard Deluxe. There was also a
1957 Thunderbird, a 1966 GTO, the Mustang from the same year, a 1969 Dart Swinger, and a 1974 Triumph Spitfire for those that
were born to ride.
No matter your age, there was a car, truck, or motorcycle to see that you remember crusin’ the boulevard in with your best girl (or
guy), listening to the best music of your time. There were a lot of smiling faces that you just knew they were remembering the
“Good Old Days”, just as I was.
I had so much fun looking at these beautiful cars and can’t believe I had never gone before. I will however, be going again next year.
I hope you enjoy the photos. Please visit my website @ramona-whiteaker.artistswebsite.com or go to fineartamerica.com and just
