Fontana Raceway, I guess we were close enough. Through the controls Ford has added you can push this bad boy down
the ¼ mile in less than 10 seconds.
So with getting my setting established we took off on the 10 Freeway headed towards the winding roads of the
Nantahala National Forest in San Bernardino County, California. This gave us a chance to open the Mustang up and
work with the different programmable steering modes that range from novice to racing. I chose the latter which gave
this driver unbelievable control going into tight curves.
The vehicle handled like a true race vehicle in my estimation and the transformation from a racing mode to a street
mode was seamless with on the fly changes to the vehicles computerized handing system controls in the counsel.
I could keep writing about this amazing driving experience but hopefully this will give a little tantalizing look at this
amazing vehicle. For more information on the vehicle contact John Gaglio or Jacob Maxey at Sunrise Ford in Fontana,
CA. In the car industry business in Southern California, especially in the Inland Empire, they are known as the “Ford
Whisperers”.
