Below are a few of the photos depicting what we strongly believe to be evidence of something paranormal. At the time the photos
were taken none of the phenomena was visible to the naked eye and only appeared upon later viewing the photos on a computer.
This first photo above shows a pair of ghostly legs ascending the main staircase at The Grange, and to the left of the legs is what
appears to be a woman's long skirt or dress. Although grainy due to the fact that this set was shot in the dark using IR with the
camera on a tripod and timed to go off at 10 second intervals, the legs are plain to see.
My husband shot a set of at least 75 photos in this one spot without moving the camera or changing any of the settings. Out of that
entire set this was the only photo to show these legs and what appears to be a woman's skirt. Every other photo came out clear.
Not only that, but my husband was the only person in this area and the staircase was closed off to all other team members and
guest participants. The front entry door is located west of these stairs and was locked, with me holding the only key. The closed
doors to the ballroom were directly south of these stairs, located behind my husband and the camera. The door leading to the
other rooms and stairs in the house is to the east of these stairs and was also locked. Again, I held the only key.
This photo blew us away but we still weren't completely convinced. The next step we took was to view the footage from the video
camera that had also been set up and was focused on the stairs. The video did not capture these mysterious legs, nor did it capture
my husband anywhere near the stairs. Later experiments of trying to deliberately create this scene all failed.
We were left with one conclusion. We had captured two of Hurworth's former residents taking a stroll up the stairs.
