Deer Leaping a fence on State Highway in Colorado

Sometimes just being there will get you the shot. The deer above is one of my favorites even if it is as a technical exercise one of my
worst. Seeing this one reminds me of the moment when I pulled to the shoulder to watch some deer in the field. When one jumped
the fence I knew the other would follow. I didn’t have time to adjust the settings on the camera, but I did have time to get the shot.
If I’d blown by at 70 mph I never would have seen it.
