AUSTEN: My experience would be honoured that I have been included in your publication and shows myself that I can reach new hights in my modelling career. CSM: What do you think makes Center Stage Mag- azine stand-out or makes it unique in other publica- tions around the globe? AUSTEN: The unique unsure it gives to its mod- els and the highly professional standard of imagery used is amazing at showing physiques in a different light. CSM: What are the duties and responsibilities that entail to your current profession or career? AUSTEN: As a student I have deadlines to adhere to but I also have a lot of free time with my course. CSM: This year’s bimonthly edition is about going for game-changing results in careers and individu- ality and inspiring people (being a beacon of inspi- ration); describe how did you exude your game- changing excellence and confidence in your career and what did you do to push that boundaries AUSTEN: I always do my upmost to show people what people can do when you put your mind to it by pushing my self physique and metally to new hights. I love helping people make the most of the life in any way wether it be giving information, mo- tivation or inspiration. CSM: Being assertive and attentive is required for this profession. Have you ever made or encountered difficult decisions? How did you manage that? AUSTEN: Moving away from home to live away for university has been a big and difficult decision as moving out for the first time is daunting. I over came this by pushing my self to do something that was out of my comfort zone and moved away on my own accord. CSM: How do you handle the situation if people get intimidated by you and your work? AUSTEN: If people get intimidated by me I tend to address the issue in a calm manner and see if we can resort the issue peacefully. I would describe my self as a calm person who is easy to get along with. CSM: What game-changing results do you look forward this year? AUSTEN: Travel as much as possible after gradu- ation of Plymouth University as well as launching my career in modelling and professional photogra- phy. CSM: Describe the person who made an impact in your life and how that is significant. AUSTEN: Probably my father as he has been a massive influence in my life, helping me reach my potential. CSM: How do you set goals for yourself? AUSTEN: Look at something that I want and can drive towards that will improve myself and how I look at the world. CSM: What exactly motivates you to be a game- changer and how do you do it? AUSTEN: I want to help people and this is how I see my self doing that. CSM: Describe the true nature of being sexy and an eye-catching individual. AUSTEN: The saying beautiful in in the beholder is cliché but is also very true to the magazine as people want to buy something that is visually stim- ulating and entertaining. Being an individual where people knit ice you and desire you would be my definition of an eye catching and sexy individual. CSM: The industry you are in right now is very fast- paced, full of competition and full of talent and un- avoidable politics at times. What makes you stand out and how do you keep up with talented people around you? AUSTEN: I always am in a state of betterment and at the same time I want to help the people around me and lift others up. As well as this I believe as an approachable and friendly person that working with me will always be pleasurable and enjoyable. CSM: Work-wise, what does it take to be successful in this type of profession? AUSTEN: Be forward when it comes to work. In terms of profession, always ask what you need to do to get work, how to improve and never settle for anything less than my best. CSM: Cast a magic spell and wave your magic wand, where do you see yourself ten years from now? AUSTEN: Living in Australia, working internation- ally, and being able to travel through my work.
