CSM: This is your feature debut to be on Center Stage Magazine, what is the experience like when you are included in our roster for 2019’s game-changer is- sue? NOÉ: I am really pleased to be a part of the 2019’s game-changer issue. It’s a privilege and a great hon- our to be recognise for my work through Center Stage Magazine. CSM: How do you set goals for yourself? NOÉ: I do not have any limits! I always try to surpass myself. CSM: What do you think makes Center Stage Maga- zine stand-out or makes it unique in other publica- tions around the globe? NOÉ: Center Stage Magazine stands out for its mo- dernity and its unique approach of the fitness world. It’s a real societal phenomenon and the trend has been perfectly understood by CSM. CSM: Describe the true nature of being sexy and an eye-catching individual. NOÉ: Being sexy and attractive is an undeniable ad- vantage in life – but you have to be careful not fall- ing into superficial relationships with others – who sometimes forget to see what’s within ourselves. CSM: What are the duties and responsibilities that entail to your current profession or career? NOÉ: I am studying in a sports college since 2017, and it requires a fairly strict lifestyle at a physical and mental level - in order to be effective in every way. CSM: This year’s bimonthly edition is about going for game-changing results in careers and individuality and inspiring people (being a beacon of inspiration); describe how did you exude your game-changing ex- cellence and confidence in your career and what did you do to push that boundaries NOÉ: According to me, sport strengthens certain val- ues like surpassing oneself, rigour and above all, a strong will and mind. These qualities make the pro- gression easier in all the actions of everyday life. CSM: Being assertive and attentive is required for this profession. Have you ever made or encountered difficult decisions? How did you manage that? NOÉ: When you deeply focus on your actions and decisions, your choices are made without even think- ing about it. CSM: How do you handle the situation if people get intimidated by you and your work? NOÉ: I do not feel like I am an intimidating person. I always do the effort to make myself accessible and close to others. CSM: What game-changing results do you look for- ward this year? NOÉ: My main objective is to be graduated and start- ing living off my passion for handball. This major goal encourages me to progress further, physically as much as mentally. CSM: Describe the person who made an impact in your life and how that is significant. NOÉ: Thierry Omeyer (former goalkeeper of the French national Handball team) is one of the figures that have truly influenced my personal and profes- sional background. He represents a model of tenacity and professionalism. CSM: What exactly motivates you to be a game- changer and how do you do it? NOÉ: I live each day like it was the last, and I stay focus in order to fulfil each of my life goals. CSM: The industry you are in right now is very fast- paced, full of competition and full of talent and un- avoidable politics at times. What makes you stand out and how do you keep up with talented people around you? NOÉ: My strong mind and the ability to surpass my- self remain the keys of my success. These qualities help me to distinguish myself from the others. I also to try to take things not too seriously and to be as humble as I can. CSM: Work-wise, what does it take to be successful in this type of profession? NOÉ: My profession requires a very strict daily dis- cipline of life. CSM: What is your great advice to those who will venture this kind of work? NOÉ: Stay positive no matter what happens and share this attitude with others each time you can. CSM: Cast a magic spell and wave your magic wand, where do you see yourself ten years from now? NOÉ: I do not believe in magic, I only focus myself on hard work and perseverance.
