CSM: This is your feature debut to be on Center Stage
Magazine, what is the experience like when you are
included in our roster for 2019’s game-changer is-
sue?
NOÉ: I am really pleased to be a part of the 2019’s
game-changer issue. It’s a privilege and a great hon-
our to be recognise for my work through Center Stage
Magazine. CSM: How do you set goals for yourself?
NOÉ: I do not have any limits! I always try to surpass
myself.
CSM: What do you think makes Center Stage Maga-
zine stand-out or makes it unique in other publica-
tions around the globe?
NOÉ: Center Stage Magazine stands out for its mo-
dernity and its unique approach of the fitness world.
It’s a real societal phenomenon and the trend has
been perfectly understood by CSM. CSM: Describe the true nature of being sexy and an
eye-catching individual.
NOÉ: Being sexy and attractive is an undeniable ad-
vantage in life – but you have to be careful not fall-
ing into superficial relationships with others – who
sometimes forget to see what’s within ourselves.
CSM: What are the duties and responsibilities that
entail to your current profession or career?
NOÉ: I am studying in a sports college since 2017,
and it requires a fairly strict lifestyle at a physical and
mental level - in order to be effective in every way.
CSM: This year’s bimonthly edition is about going
for game-changing results in careers and individuality
and inspiring people (being a beacon of inspiration);
describe how did you exude your game-changing ex-
cellence and confidence in your career and what did
you do to push that boundaries
NOÉ: According to me, sport strengthens certain val-
ues like surpassing oneself, rigour and above all, a
strong will and mind. These qualities make the pro-
gression easier in all the actions of everyday life.
CSM: Being assertive and attentive is required for
this profession. Have you ever made or encountered
difficult decisions? How did you manage that?
NOÉ: When you deeply focus on your actions and
decisions, your choices are made without even think-
ing about it.
CSM: How do you handle the situation if people get
intimidated by you and your work?
NOÉ: I do not feel like I am an intimidating person.
I always do the effort to make myself accessible and
close to others.
CSM: What game-changing results do you look for-
ward this year?
NOÉ: My main objective is to be graduated and start-
ing living off my passion for handball. This major
goal encourages me to progress further, physically as
much as mentally.
CSM: Describe the person who made an impact in
your life and how that is significant.
NOÉ: Thierry Omeyer (former goalkeeper of the
French national Handball team) is one of the figures
that have truly influenced my personal and profes-
sional background. He represents a model of tenacity
and professionalism.
CSM: What exactly motivates you to be a game-
changer and how do you do it?
NOÉ: I live each day like it was the last, and I stay
focus in order to fulfil each of my life goals.
CSM: The industry you are in right now is very fast-
paced, full of competition and full of talent and un-
avoidable politics at times. What makes you stand
out and how do you keep up with talented people
around you?
NOÉ: My strong mind and the ability to surpass my-
self remain the keys of my success. These qualities
help me to distinguish myself from the others. I also
to try to take things not too seriously and to be as
humble as I can.
CSM: Work-wise, what does it take to be successful
in this type of profession?
NOÉ: My profession requires a very strict daily dis-
cipline of life.
CSM: What is your great advice to those who will
venture this kind of work?
NOÉ: Stay positive no matter what happens and share
this attitude with others each time you can.
CSM: Cast a magic spell and wave your magic wand,
where do you see yourself ten years from now?
NOÉ: I do not believe in magic, I only focus myself
on hard work and perseverance.
