CSM Game-Changer Issue with Cristiano Ronaldo 2019 GAME-CHANGER ISSUE - Heather Blackburn | Page 270
CSM: This is your feature debut to be on Center Stage
Magazine, what is the experience like when you are
included in our roster for 2019’s game-changer is-
sue?
MYRON: This is a wonderful opportunity and I’m
delighted to have been selected by CSM to be fea-
tured; I am humbly grateful and fully appreciate be-
ing part of your journey.
CSM: What do you think makes Center Stage Maga-
zine stand-out or makes it unique in other publica-
tions around the globe?
MYRON: Centre Stage Magazine is one of the big-
gest online magazine companies World Wide. They
have an amazing reputation both locally and glob-
ally and are renowned for highlighting fitness pro-
fessional athletes, fitness models and up and coming
talented individuals who are constantly improving
to better themselves. Centre Stage Magazine brings
out the best in everyone who comes into contact with
them and have a great ethos in delivering top quality
service; whilst retaining a great deal of care. integrity
and professionalism. I am certainly proud to be rep-
resenting CSM.
CSM: What are the duties and responsibilities that
entail to your current profession or career?
MYRON: Maintaining a good rapport with clients
as well as delivering excellent training plans and en-
suring clients are continuously developing and im-
proving their short-term and long-term goals. Com-
munication is paramount and online support too.
Delivering diet plans, encouraging, motivating and
supporting individuals on a daily and weekly basis.
It’s more of a lifestyle choice and positive movements
and I always ensure that I embrace these qualities so
that others grow stronger mentally as well as physi-
cally. Mental health is very crucial and has been a
pivotal factor in the process of fitness and health but
has massively been recognised on much bigger scale
over the past few years. This is due to bigger iconic
figures within our World-Wide sporting industry.
CSM: This year’s bimonthly edition is about going
for game-changing results in careers and individuality
and inspiring people (being a beacon of inspiration);
describe how did you exude your game-changing ex-
cellence and confidence in your career and what did
you do to push that boundaries
MYRON: I just knew that my passion was to make
a difference and knowing that I can transform others
mentally and physically gives me a purpose, a mean-
ing, a real satisfaction. But in these moments, I feel
alive and accomplished. I know that from personal
life experiences of not having anyone to mentor me,
I didn’t want to repeat this cycle of negative action,
I wanted to break it and change the life of other
through health and fitness. That desire progressively
increased my passion more and more with each day
that passed by. Yes, you have good and bad days, but
the good days definitely out shines those bad days.
I always want to make a difference by encouraging
and inspiring others, motivating others is second na-
ture to me.
CSM: Being assertive and attentive is required for
this profession. Have you ever made or encountered
difficult decisions? How did you manage that?
MYRON: Yes with a few clients I have trained past
and present, where these individuals are recovering
alcoholics and are putting their trust in me and con-
fiding in me immensely to help them break new bar-
riers by helping them overcome their fears. I would
have a great deal of understanding and go the extra
mile whether it was a late night or early morning call
or a private message, every little does really help. If
he/she was emotionally in disarray, I would gladly be
an ear to listen to and arrange to meet up earlier be-
fore training them or arrange it at a convenient time
to suit his/her needs. No one is to pass judgement
based on someone else’s circumstances. “Everyone
is fighting a battle we may know nothing about.’’
CSM: How do you handle the situation if people get
intimidated by you and your work you do?
MYRON: I would be very laid back and simply ex-
plain that I was no different to them and we are all
equal. Not everyone thinks and feels the same about
things. I have leant to not too much things to heart
and to see things with an open-minded approach.
CSM: What game-changing results do you look for-
ward this year?
MYRON: I would really love to have my own stu-
dio and to be fully self employed and to help people
who are struggling with mental health. So that’s they
too can share their struggles with me through health
and fitness and to share more of their journey with
me so that I can share their journey on social media.
Which will result in raising more awareness in order
to help others who have suffered or who still suffer.
This will inspire others to also share their stories too
which will bring communities closer together. I be-
lieve I will be able to contribute more in society in
order to game change.
CSM: Describe the person who made an impact in
your life and how that is significant.
MYRON: My mother had a powerful and positive
impact on helping me improve me. I would say it ce-
mented a great deal of significance to mt well being
because has developed my confidence and enabled
me to develop mentally and physically.
CSM: How do you set goals for yourself?
MYRON: I worked hard and continuously still main-
tain that positive action and stay motivated from not
having much growing up which has installed charac-
ter and determination to succeed at everything I have
ever wanted. It is never late to start all over again.
CSM: What exactly motivates you to be a game-
changer and how do you do it?
MYRON: My family, my son and close friends, I
also have a daughter on the way. This gives me extra
purpose to want to achieve more for myself and oth-
ers. I love life anyway, but I love to love and that’s
my motivation too! As human beings, we are empty
without love. I motivate myself to the best version of
