CSM: How do you keep yourself educated or updat- ed for latest trends and information in healthy living or lifestyle? LISA: I shop other massage spas and clinics and do not tell them that I do massage therapy and see what the latest techniques are. CSM: Fact or myth? Does working out daily improve one’s sexual stamina or prowess during sexual activ- ity? Why do you say so? LISA: Myth, This could make a person too tired par- ticipate in these activities if the work out is too in- tense. CSM: How important is food and nutrition to you as a model, athlete or as an individual? LISA: This is very important, without this our health declines and affects or physical, mental and emo- tional well-being. That then leads to diseases, further aches and pains and disease. CSM: Fact or myth? Does living a healthy lifestyle keeps you happy and young? Why is that? LISA: Fact, I have tried both lifestyles. I tried one on junk food and one on healthy foods and healthy ac- tivities and I did not feel as worn down on the second one and I kept my weight maintained CSM: Describe the essential skills to be effective in maintaining your figure or shape. LISA: I stay active! CSM: If you are our health ambassador and a life- style advocate, how would you help promote healthy living in school or in corporate world? LISA: You get one body, what you do now to it af- fects how you will feel later. If you don’t take care of yourself now, where are you going to live? CSM: What are your ideas about non-organic food versus organic? LISA: Just eat healthy, make good choices and find what works best for you. CSM: What are your views on an all-meat diet versus a vegan diet? LISA: Every person has a different blood type. With each kind of blood type a different diet works be- cause we need different vitamins and minerals based off of that. CSM: What groups of food do you usually eat? LISA: Watermelon, chicken and toast. CSM: Do you think customized meal plans are really necessary? Why is that? LISA: This does not work for me because i am con- stantly changing my mind about what I want to eat. CSM: Any fitness goals for yourself? What are you aiming now? LISA: To cut the 5 hour energy shots. They are a rush of adrenaline that has long term effects on the body such as increased anxiety, jitters with the hands and eyes, and it wears down your overall health because it’s a temporary substitute for a temporary fix. CSM: There are a lot of online coaches and lifestyle advisers out in the market already, what are the fac- tors that people should take into consideration when hiring a personal trainer or online coaches or maybe investing some time and money to them? LISA: Research results, what the person special- izes in and what exactly are you working for. My life coach isn’t for everyone because I have different needs and wants vs. my neighbor. CSM: As a fitness and health enthusiast, what are the essential exercises you have to do? Why is that? LISA: Walk, all the time. CSM: Do you have any gym etiquette advice for oth- er people? LISA: Be courteous. CSM: A lot of your followers are curious to know these, if there’s any food and beverage that you can- not resist what would that be and why? LISA: Yes, carbs. There are breads, crackers, cook- ies, pastries, croutons, cold noodles, and the list is endless. I am just a bread eater so maintaining a bal- ance on these is a little rough sometimes. CSM: Any advice to individuals who wants to gain weight and lean muscle? Advise to people who want to lose weight and be sexy? LISA: My best advice would be to consult with your doctor on where you are on the weight spectrum, then define your goals, find a trainer or accountability partner with the same goals and work together. I am 120 lbs. and underweight and losing weight would be awful for me, however building muscle and gain- ing weight would be more beneficial. I can speak for myself in these issues and my own history.
