CSM: How do you keep yourself educated or updat-
ed for latest trends and information in healthy living
or lifestyle?
JARVIS: In the fitness industry keeping yourself up-
dated on the latest news and trends is highly impor-
tant. I attend healthy living and fitness educational
workshops. To ensure that I stay up to date on the
latest trends and information in the fitness industry.
CSM: How important is food and nutrition to you as
a model, athlete or as an individual?
JARVIS: Food and nutrition can change every aspect
of the body. As a model I pay close attention to the
foods that I consume I ensure that my meals are well
rounded and consist of all food groups.
CSM: Describe the essential skills to be effective in
maintaining your figure or shape.
JARVIS: To maintain my shape the skills required
are a strict diet, lifting, and cardio routine. This rou-
tine gives my body exactly what it needs to keep
shape. Staying committed and focused is essential;
the cravings and urges are tough to avoid but dedica-
tion to the diet and the workouts are what will help
you maintain the body you worked so hard for.
CSM: What are your ideas about non-organic food
versus organic?
JARVIS: Organic in my opinion is the better way to
go I feel healthier and without the preservatives I can
keep my body clean and healthy.
CSM: What are your views on an all-meat diet versus
a vegan diet?
JARVIS: I have always went on all meat diets and do
not know much about vegan diets but with the right
daily portions for your body either diet can be benefi-
cial and help you meet your fitness goals.
CSM: What groups of food do you usually eat?
JARVIS: My diet consists of all the food groups
mainly with vegetables, carbs and protein multiple
times throughout the day. I always make sure to get
my fruits in as well.
CSM: Do you think customized meal plans are really
necessary? Why is that?
JARVIS: Yes because if you have a set goal a cus-
tomized meal plan can definitely help achieve that
goal.
CSM: Any fitness goals for yourself? What are you
aiming now?
JARVIS: This year I aim to become a professional
Mens Physique Competitor, sponsored athlete and
international model. All while aiming to make it
to the Mr. Olympia stage and several competitions
worldwide.
CSM: There are a lot of online coaches and lifestyle
advisers out in the market already, what are the fac-
tors that people should take into consideration when
hiring a personal trainer or online coaches or maybe
investing some time and money to them?
JARVIS: Finding the right coach can change every-
thing for the better. Choose your coach with care and
do your research on them and their clients making
sure the way they train is right for you and they meet
what you are looking for.
CSM: As a fitness and health enthusiast, what are the
essential exercises you have to do? Why is that?
JARVIS: The main essential exercises you have to do
as a fitness and health enthusiast are squats, deadlifts
and core. The reason I find these essential are because
everything truly strong has a solid base like a tree.
Building from the base of your body up will help you
develop a strong foundation to build up from.
CSM: Do you have any gym etiquette advice for oth-
er people?
JARVIS: Absolutely respect the space of your peers
and positive encouragement is always welcomed.
CSM: Fact or myth? Does working out daily improve
one’s sexual stamina or prowess during sexual activ-
ity? Why do you say so?
JARVIS: Working out multiple times a week can do
a lot to help your sexual technique, flexibility, and
endurance because weight lifting causes the body to
produce testosterone which is the primary precursor
for the male sex drive.
CSM: Fact or myth? Does living a healthy lifestyle
keeps you happy and young? Why is that?
JARVIS: Fact; since I have been living a healthy life-
style I constantly feel positive and full of energy. My
body has never felt better and I have my healthy life-
style to thank for that.
CSM: If you are our health ambassador and a life-
style advocate, how would you help promote healthy
living in school or in corporate world?
JARVIS: I would encourage students in school to try
new things and step out of your comfort zone and
maintain a healthy lifestyle by participating in sports
and other physical activities. In the corporate world
I would promote healthy living by implementing
health and wellness programs.
CSM: A lot of your followers are curious to know
these, if there’s any food and beverage that you can-
not resist what would that be and why?
JARVIS: I tend to have a sweet tooth, so candy is
something I find most challenging to resist.
CSM: Any advice to individuals who wants to gain
weight and lean muscle? Advise to people who want
to lose weight and be sexy?
JARVIS: If you are looking to gain weight and lean
muscle or you want to lose weight and be sexy the
advice I have for both groups is this is a process and
you have to be consistent. There are no shortcuts.
Dedication and goals help keep you focused and it is
important to remember what you’re striving for.
