MARTIN: Fact, lifting weights is vital for healthy
hormone production, also to reduce stress levels
which plays a huge part with your sexual libido.
CSM: Fact or myth? Does living a healthy
lifestyle keeps you happy and young? Why is
that?
MARTIN: Fact, taking care of your mind and
body has proven to increase longevity, relation-
ships, combat the ageing process amongst many
other things.
CSM: If you are our health ambassador and
a lifestyle advocate, how would you help pro-
mote healthy living in school or in corporate
world?
MARTIN: I have helped people within the cor-
porate world and children, and the most impor-
tant factors are to get them moving more i.e. just
increasing daily steps and also combating pos-
ture issues which most people face nowadays by
doing more mobility/yoga type movements.
CSM: A lot of your followers are curious to
know these, if there’s any food and beverage
that you cannot resist what would that be and
why?
MARTIN: There a no food and beverages I can-
not resist but the ones I find hard to resist are
dark chocolate, sweet treats, coffee, and occa-
sionally red wine.
CSM: Any advice to individuals who wants to
gain weight and lean muscle? Advise to people
who want to lose weight and be sexy?
