CSM Game-Changer Issue with Cristiano Ronaldo 2019 BODY ISSUE - Lauren Flodquist | Page 400
CSM: What do you think makes Center Stage
Magazine stand-out or makes it unique in other
publications around the globe?
TYRELL: Well, this magazine definitely stand
outs for me because I’m not usually interested in
magazines but I know about this one as it has a
modern look and reaches out to my interests e.g.
fitness and appearance
CSM: What are the duties and responsibilities
that entail to your current profession or career?
TYRELL: Meeting deadlines and liaising with
clients to ensure I meet their requirements.
CSM: This year’s bimonthly edition is about
going for game-changing results in careers and
individuality and inspiring people (being a bea-
con of inspiration); describe how you defied your
limits and exude confidence in your career and
what did you do to push those boundaries.
TYRELL: I’ve always believed I have no limits
that’s the way I was raised so whatever I put my
mind to I believe I can do it. Failure is never an
option, stay focused and motivated! If you don’t
believe in yourself then how can you expect any-
one else to believe in you?
CSM: Being assertive and attentive is required
for this profession. Have you ever made or en-
countered difficult decisions? How did you man-
age that?
TYRELL: I guess everyone encounters difficul-
ties during any further they’re in but I think I
have been lucky where I don’t feel like I’ve had
that pressure where I’ve had to make such big
decisions. This could be just be my mind set and
deal with any obstacles in my way, where others
may struggle.
CSM: How do you handle the situation if people
get intimidated by you and your work?
TYRELL: Okay, so this isn’t new to me because
apparently I do look intimidating but I just be my
outgoing, friendly self and people see that my
look doesn’t define me.
CSM: What game-changing results do you look
forward this year?
TYRELL: I’m looking to become a fulltime
model by the end of the year and I will do all I
can to reach this goal.
CSM: Describe the person who made an impact
in your life and how that is significant.
TYRELL: I would have to say my younger broth-
er, seeing how strong-minded he is made me stay
string physically and mentally as I want to be a
good role model for him to look up to.
CSM: How do you set goals for yourself?
TYRELL: They have to be realistic and once I’ve
decided what my next goal is I give myself a time
frame to reach. There can be unplanned setbacks
so I have always plan B, so I’m prepared.
CSM: What exactly motivates you to be a game-
changer and how do you do it?
TYRELL: I know what I’m capable of and I’m
too big of a character to just in the background
and not be heard.
CSM: Describe the true nature of being sexy and
an eye-catching individual.
TYRELL: Well, I haven’t always been as eye-
catching so, it’s something I’ve adapted to by
staying humble. Yes, I’m confident but not arro-
gant.
CSM: The industry you are in right now is very
fast-paced, full of competition and full of talent
and unavoidable politics at times. What makes
you stand out and how do you keep up with tal-
ented people around you?
TYRELL: I believe in the saying ‘work until
your idols become your rivals’ so that’s exactly
what I’m going to do. Learn and progress.
CSM: Work-wise, what does it take to be suc-
cessful in this type of profession?
TYRELL: Like I said, you must be focused,
motivated and driven. I love having a laugh but
when it comes to my profession, I take that very
seriously.
CSM: What is your great advice to those who
will venture this kind of work?
TYRELL: Be yourself! Don’t try and be like
anyone else, just be a better version of yourself.
CSM: Cast a magic spell and wave your magic
wand, where do you see yourself ten years from
now?
TYRELL: Happy, rich and retired.
