CSM: This is your feature debut to be on
Center Stage Magazine, what is the experi-
ence like when you are included in our roster
for 2019’s Summer Body issue?
TAULANT: It’s been one of my goals and
now I have the opportunity! I’m super excit-
ed about this
CSM: What do you think makes Center Stage
Magazine stand-out or makes it unique in
other publications around the globe?
TAULANT: It has a unique focus on the ath-
lete/ model
CSM: What are the duties and responsibili-
ties that entail to your current profession or
career?
TAULANT: Helping out homeowners to
transform their home
CSM: This year’s bimonthly edition is about
going for game-changing results in careers
and individuality and inspiring people (be-
ing a beacon of inspiration); describe how
you defied your limits and exude confidence
in your career and what did you do to push
those boundaries.
TAULANT: Started my own roofing and re-
modeling company with my best friend about
7 months ago. We have grown tremendously
within just a few months and we are one of
the top-rated companies here in Houston.
CSM: Being assertive and attentive is required
for this profession. Have you ever made or
encountered difficult decisions? How did you
manage that?
TAULANT: In our company customer ser-
vice is our number one thing, so in situations
with difficulties we handle them with respect
to the home owner and in the most profes-
sional way.
CSM: How do you handle the situation if peo-
ple get intimidated by you and your work?
TAULANT: Give them references of past cli-
ents and picture proof of many other jobs we
did.
CSM: What game-changing results do you
look forward this year?
TAULANT: This year I look forward to keep
growing at a rapid paste like we have and start
building a roof every day.
CSM: Describe the person who made an im-
pact in your life and how that is significant.
TAULANT: My older brother made a very
big impact in me and he molded me to be-
come the man I am today.
CSM: How do you set goals for yourself?
TAULANT: I write them down in my mini
note book I carry everywhere and if it’s a big
goal I put it up on my vision board. I think
writing down and seeing your goals helps
trigger your mind to start working towards
them a lot more.
CSM: What exactly motivates you to be a
game-changer and how do you do it?
TAULANT: My family motivates me a lot
to keep on going for them. I do it by sitting
small goals and accomplishing them then
which lead to the big goals.
CSM: Describe the true nature of being sexy
and an eye-catching individual.
TAULANT: Brings a lot of attention towards
you, so it helps with networking.
CSM: The industry you are in right now is
very fast-paced, full of competition and full
of talent and unavoidable politics at times.
What makes you stand out and how do you
keep up with talented people around you?
TAULANT: At our company what helps us is
we always have positive energy no matter the
situation. Just by being positive in every situ-
ation it will help you grow as a company and
not let you give up
CSM: Work-wise, what does it take to be suc-
cessful in this type of profession?
TAULANT: Loyal and customer service.
CSM: What is your great advice to those who
will venture this kind of work?
TAULANT: A lot of contractors have a rep of
being shady people so be loyal and transpar-
ent with your customers
CSM: Cast a magic spell and wave your mag-
ic wand, where do you see yourself ten years
from now?
TAULANT: Building homes around the world
for people in need.
