CSM: How do you keep yourself educated or updat-
ed for latest trends and information in healthy living
or lifestyle?
TASHA: I don’t really keep up with that stuff as most
of it just a fad that doesn’t stick around long. I am
always willing to try new things like a new recipe,
or even a new workout. My significant other is pretty
good about keeping me in the loop though.
CSM: As a fitness and health enthusiast, what are the
essential exercises you have to do? Why is that?
TASHA: Any kind of activity that will get my heart
rate up. I find that walking, jogging, or even lifting
weights can do that. It depends on the day of the week
and where I can fit that in. However, I always try to
get a few leg exercises in at the very least!!
CSM: How important is food and nutrition to you as
a model, athlete or as an individual?
TASHA: I feel like you should take care of yourself.
We only have one body. What we consume affects
our physical and mental health. CSM: Do you have any gym etiquette advice for oth-
er people?
TASHA: Be courteous of others around you. Every-
one has a starting point so don’t sit there and judge
someone for wanting to better themselves. Lastly,
clean up after yourself.
CSM: Describe the essential skills to be effective in
maintaining your figure or shape.
TASHA: Some sort of workout and eating healthy. I
believe that majority of keeping me in shape is my
diet. CSM: Fact or myth? Does working out daily improve
one’s sexual stamina or prowess during sexual activ-
ity? Why do you say so?
TASHA: I believe working out several times a week
gives you more stamina and energy in general as you
go through day to day activities.
CSM: What are your ideas about non-organic food
versus organic?
TASHA: If you eat healthy I feel that being organic
or non-organic does not really matter. Clean eating
no matter which is always better than not at all.
CSM: What are your views on an all-meat diet versus
a vegan diet?
TASHA: I sure do love to eat meat!! Everyone has
their preference though, so to each their own.
CSM: What groups of food do you usually eat?
TASHA: Meat, carbs, and veggies!
CSM: Do you think customized meal plans are really
necessary? Why is that?
TASHA: It depends on the person. What works for
one person may not work for the next. But for me, I
like to have a variety of foods. So what I want may
change on a day to day basis. If you are a competitor,
it does need to be consistent and feel that meals plans
are a must.
CSM: Any fitness goals for yourself? What are you
aiming now?
TASHA: Being a little more active and eating even
better! I have not been able to get in as many work-
outs as I should.
CSM: There are a lot of online coaches and lifestyle
advisers out in the market already, what are the fac-
tors that people should take into consideration when
hiring a personal trainer or online coaches or maybe
investing some time and money to them?
TASHA: I would say look into what they special-
ize in and their past results with others. Maybe even
speak with past clients about their experiences with
them. Everyone has different needs when it comes to
fitness or even life coaches. It is important to have
one that will listen to your end goal and help you get
there.
CSM: Fact or myth? Does living a healthy lifestyle
keeps you happy and young? Why is that?
TASHA: Fact! Having a healthy diet often times
leads more energy. I know when I have a more regu-
lar workout routine I find myself felling a lot better
and younger.
CSM: If you are our health ambassador and a life-
style advocate, how would you help promote healthy
living in school or in corporate world?
TASHA: I would encourage and show people the
positive attributes of being healthy, and that it can be
fun. If I can help people make better lifestyle choices
by leading by example and leaving a positive impact,
then my job has been fulfilled.
CSM: A lot of your followers are curious to know
these, if there’s any food and beverage that you can-
not resist what would that be and why?
TASHA: Carbs, particularly pasta, and cheese!! They
taste so good and I seriously could not go without
either of them. As far as beverages, I don’t have one
that I have to have.
CSM: Any advice to individuals who wants to gain
weight and lean muscle? Advise to people who want
to lose weight and be sexy?
TASHA: Be patient! Don’t get frustrated if the re-
sults are not showing quick enough. It takes a lot of
time patience to get to your end goal.
