CSM: What exactly motivates you to be a game-
changer and how do you do it?
SHAUN: I often have this discussion with like-
minded people. I don’t know to be honest; I came
from humble beginnings and grew up in a tiny flat
and never had money but that’s not really what
motivates me. I have just always been like this
from when I was a kid. I was meant for more.
CSM: Describe the true nature of being sexy and
an eye-catching individual.
SHAUN: In everyday life I believe it’s how you
carry yourself and treat others. But in terms of
appearance, I think it’s how effortlessly you can
make an outfit look swaggy.
CSM: The industry you are in right now is very
fast-paced, full of competition and full of talent
and unavoidable politics at times. What makes
you stand out and how do you keep up with tal-
ented people around you?
SHAUN: In the simplest terms, I think that my
physique fills out clothes in a realistic way for
the average person shopping can relate too. I’m
not too big and I’m not too skinny. Another thing
that gives me an advantage, I look like a bad boys
in pictures and can sometimes have an intense
look.
CSM: Work-wise, what does it take to be suc-
cessful in this type of profession?
SHAUN: Consistency and the ability to turn neg-
atives into positives. You got to be confident and
ready to do things that others won’t. You have to
live outside your comfort zone and have a vision
as to where you want to not let any setbacks stop
you.
CSM: What is your great advice to those who
will venture this kind of work?
SHAUN: Have a clear vision of what exactly it
is you want to do. You have to ready to put in
endless hours of work in and face let down and
disappointment. Finally, you need to make sac-
rifices to achieve the vision that no one else can
see but you.
CSM: Cast a magic spell and wave your magic
wand, where do you see yourself ten years from
now?
SHAUN: Financial freedom: Have a big enough
following on social media/YouTube to be able to
travel and experience the world with my friends
without ever having to worry about money. Act-
ing in big Hollywood movies. Owning a tattoo
shop with my girlfriend and interviewing celeb-
rity clients from the shop.
