to the ablity of coach but possibly just that their per- sonalities were not a good fit for each other. My last piece of advice is to get reviews from others. If they are a well known coach, its likely that other people are going to have opinions of them. Once again, take these with a grain of salt, not everyone will speak highly of others, but it is beneficial to hear both good and bad reviews. CSM: As a fitness and health enthusiast, what are the essential exercises you have to do? Why is that? SARAH: I don’t think that I have any essential exer- cises. Really, just lift weights with purpose and pro- gressive overload and do some cardio once in awhile to keep your cardiovascular system happy and I think you’ll be set. CSM: Do you have any gym etiquette advice for oth- er people? SARAH: My biggest pet peeve is people leaving the gym dirty and not putting their weights back. Wheth- er its dumbbells on the ground or in the wrong place on the rack, or barbells that are left with plates loaded on them, PUT YOUR SHIT AWAY. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve interrupted my own workout just to clean up the free weight area. CSM: Fact or myth? Does working out daily improve one’s sexual stamina or prowess during sexual activ- ity? Why do you say so? SARAH: I don’t know if there is a technical correct answer to this question, but my opinion is that this is definitely a fact. First, if you’re in better shape your going to be able to do all the kinky shit you wanna do, and probably be able to do it longer. Also, I feel that most people feel better about themselves when they workout whether its from improved body im- age, improved general health, or just the endorphins that come from working out, and this more positive feeling of one’s self is very likely to transfer to the bedroom. CSM: Fact or myth? Does living a healthy lifestyle keeps you happy and young? Why is that? SARAH: For me personally, I’m going to have to say yes. I do have a young face, but in general most peo- ple never guess correctly how old I am and think that I am usually 4-5 years young than I actual am. On top of that, most are also very surprised to know I’ve had a child. I credit a majority of this to my healthy and active lifestyle, and also to my parents for giving me helpful genetics in this area. Mom and Dad, you the real MVP’s. CSM: If you are our health ambassador and a life- style advocate, how would you help promote healthy living in school or in corporate world? SARAH: If I had once piece of advice to give, it would be to prepare the majority of your meals at home. Not only will you save money by reducing the frequency of eating out, but you can make sure to in- clude healthful food options like lean meats, healthy fats, fruits and veggies, and minimally processed carbs but you will also know how they are prepared which I don’t think most people stop to think about. You might think you’re being healthy by eating a chicken breast from your favorite resturaunt, but when it’s cooked in a pound of butter, you’re kind of defeating the purpose. CSM: A lot of your followers are curious to know these, if there’s any food and beverage that you can- not resist what would that be and why? SARAH: I don’t really have any issues with bever- ages (although I do love me some diet root beer,) but for food there’s too many to list. I have major sweet tooth and pretty much any dessert will really get me. My current major vice are these nutella sugar cookies from the gas station that are seriously to die for. It’s funny because I don’t even like nutella, so I have no idea what made me try them in the first place but now I low key regret because I love them so much. CSM: Any advice to individuals who wants to gain weight and lean muscle? Advise to people who want to lose weight and be sexy? SARAH: My advice is the same for both people, be purposeful and consistent. Both of these goals take time (although gaining muscle mass is definitely a slower process) and both require consistency to be successful. But also remember, no one is perfect and no one is expecting you to be perfect either. Slip ups happen, acknowledge them, don’t dwell, and then move on with the plan.
