if you don’t yet. Other times its more aggressive,
“I want you, and I’m going to make sure you
know it.” Confidence in most cases is the under-
lying aspect. There’s variations, of course, and
exceptions. But, in general most people consid-
ered “sexy” culturally here (world’s sexiest man/
woman covers) tend to have confidence about
themselves that comes through. But, what is truly
sexy, is a person with all of that, and a big heart
filled with compassion and love. Beauty radiates
from the inside. And good cheekbones.
CSM: The industry you are in right now is very
fast-paced, full of competition and full of talent
and unavoidable politics at times. What makes
you stand out and how do you keep up with tal-
ented people around you?
ROSE: I really try not to focus on others. My
only competition is to be better than I was, yes-
terday.
CSM: Work-wise, what does it take to be suc-
cessful in this type of profession?
ROSE: It takes a good work ethic, a great photog-
rapher, and some confidence in yourself. You can
do anything you put your mind to. Beauty comes
in different shapes and sizes. There is someone
for everyone.
CSM: What is your great advice to those who
will venture this kind of work?
ROSE: Be authentic. Don’t lose yourself in the
process, just love the journey.
CSM: Cast a magic spell and wave your magic
wand, where do you see yourself ten years from
now?
ROSE: My life goal is to live in my bikini. Ten
years from now, I see myself living on a beach
where I can surf and eat coconuts all day!
