CSM: What exactly motivates you to be a game-
changer and how do you do it?
PRISCILLA: The success of others. If and when I
make an impact of individual’s lives, then I know
that is a game-changer. Sometimes things may seem
minor but may have a dramatic effect on an individ-
ual’s life. As I set big goals for myself I try to also
remember to have a positive impact on others on a
daily basis.
CSM: Describe the true nature of being sexy and an
eye-catching individual.
PRISCILLA: Happiness. I laugh and smile 85% of
my day (even while I work out). Smiles and laughs
can convey so much personality and beauty. I ap-
preciate the compliments that confirm all of the hard
work is paying off but I don’t take things like social
media too serious. I have fun with it but am careful
to represent the things I believe in.
CSM: The industry you are in right now is very fast-
paced, full of competition and full of talent and un-
avoidable politics at times. What makes you stand
out and how do you keep up with talented people
around you?
PRISCILLA: For starters, age. While I started at a
very young age being healthy, I have never competed
in a competition until I discovered CrossFit in my
mid 30’s. I am in the best shape of my life and am
doing things physically I couldn’t have done even in
my 20’s. Also, I do not compare myself to that of
others and their successes. I don’t view a healthy
lifestyle as a competition with others who also live
with a fitness focus. I do what I do first and foremost
for myself and to help anyone I can. I love to cross
paths with others who can inspire me and make me
better. I recognize talent for what it is and comple-
ment those who deserve it.
CSM: Work-wise, what does it take to be successful
in this type of profession?
PRISCILLA: Drive and the ability to ask for help.
The old adage that luck comes to those who work
hard.
CSM: What is your great advice to those who will
venture this kind of work?
PRISCILLA: Be organic and true, confident but
humble. Most importantly lead by example!!
CSM: Cast a magic spell and wave your magic wand,
where do you see yourself ten years from now?
PRISCILLA: Retired……..and on a pretty beach
working on my tan.
