CSM: How do you keep yourself educated or up- dated for latest trends and information in healthy living or lifestyle? TYRELL: YouTube, that’s always the easiest way or any vlogs but always friends if they have the same interests as you. CSM: How important is food and nutrition to you as a model, athlete or as an individual? TYRELL: Very important, if you don’t take this seriously, then you will get left behind in the in- dustry or competition. CSM: Describe the essential skills to be effective in maintaining your figure or shape. TYRELL: The right training program and the right diet plan for your own goal because they’re so many out there. CSM: What are your ideas about non-organic food versus organic? TYRELL: To be honest, I have no thoughts on this area as I haven’t looked in-depth regarding this but it’s something I am looking to do. CSM: What are your views on an all-meat diet versus a vegan diet? TYRELL: I don’t think either is great, I believe you need to have variety and have both meat and vegetables. CSM: What groups of food do you usually eat? TYRELL: Usually, anything with proteins and high fats. All depending on my body goals at the reality. CSM: Do you think customized meal plans are really necessary? Why is that? TYRELL: Yes of course, because everyone’s body reacts differently so you need what best suits you. CSM: Any fitness goals for yourself? What are you aiming now? TYRELL: Recently, I shredded down for my lat- est shoot so now, I’m looking to lean, bulk, add a little size but remained toned. CSM: There are a lot of online coaches and life- style advisers out in the market already, what are the factors that people should take into consid- eration when hiring a personal trainer or online coaches or maybe investing some time and mon- ey to them? TYRELL: Always do your research on them and even compare them to each other. If you aren’t too sure it’s always good to ask people you know that have some kind of experience. CSM: As a fitness and health enthusiast, what are the essential exercises you have to do? Why is that? TYRELL: This all depends on your goal. If you want to get bigger and stronger, then lift heavy and little reps. If you want to tone then lift and get more reps in. CSM: Do you have any gym etiquette advice for other people? TYRELL: Always put your weights back after use. CSM: Fact or myth? Does working out daily im- prove one’s sexual stamina or prowess during sexual activity? Why do you say so? TYRELL: I can’t comment on this as I started training when I started any sexual activity, so I wouldn’t know the difference. CSM: Fact or myth? Does living a healthy life- style keeps you happy and young? Why is that? TYRELL: It definitely helps keeping you happy as it releases endorphins but whether it keeps you young. I’m sure it helps. CSM: If you are our health ambassador and a lifestyle advocate, how would you help promote healthy living in school or in corporate world? TYRELL: I would reach out to children in a way that will interest them, not just providing facts but make it enjoyable and interesting. CSM: A lot of your followers are curious to know these, if there’s any food and beverage that you cannot resist what would that be and why? TYRELL: Food such as pizza, probably because I cut out carbs in my diet quite often so, it’s a treat. CSM: Any advice to individuals who wants to gain weight and lean muscle? Advise to people who want to lose weight and be sexy? TYRELL: Nothing hasn’t said before, diet plans or training programs that suit you but stick to them. You must take it seriously to see the re- sults.
