CSM Game-Changer Issue with Cristiano Ronaldo 2019 BODY ISSUE - Lauren Flodquist | Page 404
CSM: How do you keep yourself educated or up-
dated for latest trends and information in healthy
living or lifestyle?
TYRELL: YouTube, that’s always the easiest
way or any vlogs but always friends if they have
the same interests as you.
CSM: How important is food and nutrition to you
as a model, athlete or as an individual?
TYRELL: Very important, if you don’t take this
seriously, then you will get left behind in the in-
dustry or competition.
CSM: Describe the essential skills to be effective
in maintaining your figure or shape.
TYRELL: The right training program and the
right diet plan for your own goal because they’re
so many out there.
CSM: What are your ideas about non-organic
food versus organic?
TYRELL: To be honest, I have no thoughts on
this area as I haven’t looked in-depth regarding
this but it’s something I am looking to do.
CSM: What are your views on an all-meat diet
versus a vegan diet?
TYRELL: I don’t think either is great, I believe
you need to have variety and have both meat and
vegetables.
CSM: What groups of food do you usually eat?
TYRELL: Usually, anything with proteins and
high fats. All depending on my body goals at the
reality.
CSM: Do you think customized meal plans are
really necessary? Why is that?
TYRELL: Yes of course, because everyone’s
body reacts differently so you need what best
suits you.
CSM: Any fitness goals for yourself? What are
you aiming now?
TYRELL: Recently, I shredded down for my lat-
est shoot so now, I’m looking to lean, bulk, add a
little size but remained toned.
CSM: There are a lot of online coaches and life-
style advisers out in the market already, what are
the factors that people should take into consid-
eration when hiring a personal trainer or online
coaches or maybe investing some time and mon-
ey to them?
TYRELL: Always do your research on them and
even compare them to each other. If you aren’t
too sure it’s always good to ask people you know
that have some kind of experience.
CSM: As a fitness and health enthusiast, what are
the essential exercises you have to do? Why is
that?
TYRELL: This all depends on your goal. If you
want to get bigger and stronger, then lift heavy
and little reps. If you want to tone then lift and
get more reps in.
CSM: Do you have any gym etiquette advice for
other people?
TYRELL: Always put your weights back after
use.
CSM: Fact or myth? Does working out daily im-
prove one’s sexual stamina or prowess during
sexual activity? Why do you say so?
TYRELL: I can’t comment on this as I started
training when I started any sexual activity, so I
wouldn’t know the difference.
CSM: Fact or myth? Does living a healthy life-
style keeps you happy and young? Why is that?
TYRELL: It definitely helps keeping you happy
as it releases endorphins but whether it keeps you
young. I’m sure it helps.
CSM: If you are our health ambassador and a
lifestyle advocate, how would you help promote
healthy living in school or in corporate world?
TYRELL: I would reach out to children in a way
that will interest them, not just providing facts
but make it enjoyable and interesting.
CSM: A lot of your followers are curious to know
these, if there’s any food and beverage that you
cannot resist what would that be and why?
TYRELL: Food such as pizza, probably because
I cut out carbs in my diet quite often so, it’s a
treat.
CSM: Any advice to individuals who wants to
gain weight and lean muscle? Advise to people
who want to lose weight and be sexy?
TYRELL: Nothing hasn’t said before, diet plans
or training programs that suit you but stick to
them. You must take it seriously to see the re-
sults.
