CSM: How important is food and nutrition to
you as a model, athlete or as an individual?
TAULANT: It’s very important, it helps with
better skin and hair not just muscles.
CSM: Describe the essential skills to be ef-
fective in maintaining your figure or shape.
TAULANT: I work out twice a day almost
every day and I’ve been training since I was
11 and I’m 22 now.
CSM: What are your ideas about non-organic
food versus organic?
TAULANT: Organic is best because it’s not
filled with many chemicals we shouldn’t have
in our bodies.
CSM: What are your views on an all-meat
diet versus a vegan diet?
TAULANT: I’m far from vegan because I
don’t eat many veggies… something I’m get-
ting better at is being more of a veggie eater
CSM: What groups of food do you usually
eat?
TAULANT: Fish and rice, beef and rice, veg-
an smoothies
CSM: Do you think customized meal plans
are really necessary? Why is that?
TAULANT: Yes, dieting is important to help
transform your physic
CSM: Any fitness goals for yourself? What
are you aiming now?
TAULANT: Just get more aesthetic.
CSM: There are a lot of online coaches and
lifestyle advisers out in the market already,
what are the factors that people should take
into consideration when hiring a personal
trainer or online coaches or maybe investing
some time and money to them?
TAULANT: Don’t let the number of Insta-
gram followers fool you. They need to have
direct communication with you and not an
automated reply. Also real clients they have
transformed.
CSM: As a fitness and health enthusiast, what
are the essential exercises you have to do?
Why is that?
TAULANT: It’s not always about the big
movements like bench and squats. It’s good
to do some of the small workouts that a lot of
us don’t pay attention to because those help
improve your bench and squat.
CSM: Do you have any gym etiquette advice
for other people?
TAULANT: Train smart...
CSM: Fact or myth? Does living a healthy
lifestyle keeps you happy and young? Why
is that?
TAULANT: Yes it does, it keeps you in shape
so you feel more confident.

mote healthy living in school or in corporate

TAULANT: By showing them how they can
change not just their physique from being
healthy but also their personal self-growth
and helps build a strong mindset.
CSM: A lot of your followers are curious to
know these, if there’s any food and beverage
that you cannot resist what would that be and
why?
TAULANT: Pizza and cheeseburgers
CSM: Any advice to individuals who wants to
gain weight and lean muscle? Advise to peo-
ple who want to lose weight and be sexy?
TAULANT: Diet and train hard. I hear a lot of
people say diet is 80% is diet. Well I think its
100% training hard and smart and 100% diet
both play a big role not just diet. You need
both to get the best results.
