a model, athlete or as an individual?
MONEUR: Food is very important as it plays a mas-
sive impact on your health. The right nutrition leads
you to have a longer healthier life. It also helps with
your appearance and to feel more energized and
pumped in general.
CSM: Describe the essential skills to be effective in
maintaining your figure or shape.
MONEUR: Consistency, focus, discipline, always
setting new goals andnever giving up
CSM: Do you have any gym etiquette advice for oth-
er people?
MONEUR: Don’t hog the machines, put the weights
back where you found them and wipe off your sta-
tion.
CSM: Fact or myth? Does working out daily improve
one’s sexual stamina or prowess during sexual activ-
ity? Why do you say so?
MONEUR: Fact, I can go all night and then some.
CSM: Fact or myth? Does living a healthy lifestyle
keeps you happy and young? Why is that?
MONEUR: If it’s something you enjoy then of course
it does. I enjoy going to the gym and it’s a great stress
relief especially after a hard day work.
CSM: What are your ideas about non-organic food
versus organic?
MONEUR: Organic is fresh foods and means what
you are putting into yourself is better for you. How-
ever going organic is a more expensive. CSM: If you are our health ambassador and a life-
style advocate, how would you help promote healthy
living in school or in corporate world?
MONEUR: By setting an example, showing others
what they can achieve, how they can achieve it and
the benefits of it.
CSM: What are your views on an all-meat diet versus
a vegan diet?
MONEUR: I think whatever works for you works
for you, personally though I’m Jamaican and prefer
an all meat diet. My mum always said. What hasn’t
killed me then won’t kill me now. CSM: A lot of your followers are curious to know
these, if there’s any food and beverage that you can-
not resist what would that be and why?
MONEUR: Waffles and Chicken cottage and all the
traditional Jamaican dishes.
CSM: What groups of food do you usually eat?
MONEUR: Once it’s cooked wel, I’ll eat it.
CSM: Do you think customized meal plans are really
necessary? Why is that?
MONEUR: It depends on the individual and their
goals. I customize my meals so that having a consis-
tent diet plan can help me achieve my goals.
CSM: Any fitness goals for yourself? What are you
aiming now?
MONEUR: To be the best version of me and hope-
fully to be in the next avengers.
CSM: There are a lot of online coaches and lifestyle
advisers out in the market already, what are the fac-
tors that people should take into consideration when
hiring a personal trainer or online coaches or maybe
investing some time and money to them?
MONEUR: Look at their previous results, experi-
ences and make sure they are they passionate about
what they do.
CSM: As a fitness and health enthusiast, what are the
essential exercises you have to do? Why is that?
MONEUR: I think it depends on what your goals are,
finding a good balance of what works for you. How-
ever, cardio is key and when working on the body
ensuring you isolate the muscle group you are focus-
ing on.
CSM: Any advice to individuals who wants to gain
weight and lean muscle? Advise to people who want
to lose weight and be sexy?
MONEUR: Set achievable goals, and don’t give
up, don’t expect immediate results. Surround your-
self with people that motivate you. Cheat meals are
okay.
