dividual?
GERARDO: Food is the foundation of any
diet and goal.
CSM: Describe the essential skills to be
effective in maintaining your figure or
shape.
GERARDO: Be aware of what you are con-
suming and have discipline.
CSM: What are your views on an all-meat
diet versus a vegan diet?
GERARDO: We all have options. I have tried
both & prefer meat diet.
CSM: What groups of food do you usually
eat?
GERARDO: Protein, Carbs.
CSM: Do you think customized meal plans
are really necessary? Why is that?
GERARDO: Of course! Everyone is different
with their needs & how they react to food.
CSM: Any fitness goals for yourself? What
are you aiming now?
GERARDO: To just get better.
CSM: As a fitness and health enthusiast,
what are the essential exercises you have
to do? Why is that?
GERARDO: I am a big fan of weight train-
ing; I stick to the traditional workouts.
CSM: Fact or myth? Does working out dai-
ly improve one’s sexual stamina or prow-
ess during sexual activity? Why do you say
so?
GERARDO: Of course! You are able to per-
form better and look better.
CSM: Fact or myth? Does living a healthy
lifestyle keeps you happy and young? Why
is that?
GERARDO: It’s all mental, but taking care
if your body is key.
CSM: If you are our health ambassador
and a lifestyle advocate, how would you
help promote healthy living in school or in
corporate world?
GERARDO: Make the time or eventually the
time will be made up when you’re sick and
weak.
CSM: A lot of your followers are curious to
know these, if there’s any food and bever-
age that you cannot resist what would that
be and why?
GERARDO: Chocolate! It is my ultimate
weakness.
CSM: Any advice to individuals who wants
to gain weight and lean muscle? Advise
to people who want to lose weight and be
sexy?
GERARDO: Find the right help and be pa-
tient! These things take time!
