CSM: Fact or myth? Does working out daily improve
one’s sexual stamina or prowess during sexual activ-
ity? Why do you say so?
JASMINE: Fact. If nothing else, it makes you feel
sexier and more confident about being naked and
turning on your partner
CSM: Fact or myth? Does living a healthy lifestyle
keeps you happy and young? Why is that?
JASMINE: Fact absolutely! You get a natural “high”
from the endorphins released while working out and
living a healthy lifestyle, so you’re more likely to
be happier because you feel better and feeling good
helps you look and feeling younger too!
CSM: If you are our health ambassador and a life-
style advocate, how would you help promote healthy
living in school or in corporate world?
JASMINE: Encourage and provide opportunities
outside of the norm, find creative ways to promote
healthy lifestyles so people actually look forward to
it. After being in Corporate America for 14 years, I
know how beneficial a healthy lifestyle can be espe-
cially if you have a stressful job. I’d focus on promot-
ing the many positive benefits of this lifestyle that
extend beyond just the physical and are beneficial to
one’s overall mental and physical well-being
CSM: A lot of your followers are curious to know
these, if there’s any food and beverage that you can-
not resist what would that be and why?
JASMINE: I have a ton of cravings! I love pizza and
Bundt cakes and cupcakes. I have a really bad sweet
tooth at times and pizza is well… pizza!
CSM: Any advice to individuals who wants to gain
weight and lean muscle? Advise to people who want
to lose weight and be sexy?
JASMINE: First and foremost, be happy with who
you are as you are. Changing your physical appear-
ance is ok but remember you are still the same person
inside so accept and be happy with who you truly are
and know your why. If you want to change your body,
make sure you’re doing it for the right reasons. Be re-
alistic and know that it will not happen overnight. It’s
a journey. One that requires continuous discipline,
dedication, and determination every single day. Fo-
cus on making long lasting lifestyle changes. Again,
this process is a journey and not a destination - just
stick with it!
