SM: What exactly motivates you to be a game-
changer and how do you do it?
JASMINE: I love a challenge! I enjoy the feel-
ing of accomplishment, especially things that
have never been done before or where the odds
are against me. There’s something liberating
about doing things others didn’t think you could
or would do, or that you didn’t even think you
could do yourself.
CSM: Describe the true nature of being sexy and
an eye-catching individual.
JASMINE: It’s all about confidence and a cer-
tainly level of mystery. There are some people
who naturally exude confidence. You know those
people who can walk into a room and command
attention without even trying. There’s just some-
thing unique about them that sets them apart and
causes us to be naturally drawn to them. Chances
are, there’s something they have or do that we
admire.
CSM: The industry you are in right now is very
fast-paced, full of competition and full of talent
and unavoidable politics at times. What makes
you stand out and how do you keep up with tal-
ented people around you?
JASMINE: I can’t focus on others. Too much
of social media causes us to constantly compare
ourselves to others. I prefer being my true, au-
thentic self.
CSM: Work-wise, what does it take to be suc-
cessful in this type of profession?
JASMINE: Being a leader. Caring about others,
having patience and compassion, knowing how
to inspire and motivate others to achieve success.
You must also never allow a setback to turn into
a permanent roadblock.
CSM: What is your great advice to those who
will venture this kind of work?
JASMINE: Do not be afraid to fail or make mis-
takes, they will happen! Just learn from them and
keep moving forward. That goes for any and ev-
erything you choose to do in life.
CSM: Cast a magic spell and wave your magic
wand, where do you see yourself ten years from
now?
JASMINE: Happily married with one or two
kids, still living a healthy, active lifestyle and the
owner of at least 5 successful businesses that al-
low me to have the flexibility to enjoy quality
time with family and friends
