FRANKSTON COMMUNITY APPEAL Our annual fundraising Appeal uses cash donations to buy groceries that make up family , couples and singles hampers that benefit local people who have been assessed as being in crisis at Christmas time and in need of food relief over the festive season . In 2019 , 1871 people experiencing disadvantage in Frankston were supported through the Appeal .
