Research
Students can participate in research projects from the very beginning of their time at the University of Utah. Undergraduates participate in paid opportunities to work in laboratories, develop their own ideas through senior theses and independent projects, and even become authors on papers. Undergraduate and graduate students work in collaborative teams with faculty members to provide the basis for solutions to problems that will work by tackling the problem through multiple perspectives.
