REGISTRATION & REFUND POLICIES
Who May Register
Saturday Series classes (offered in fall/spring) are open to the general public for
students ages 5-15. Summer program classes are open to the general public for
students ages 8-15.
Fees
Class fees include most materials and supplies. Some classes may require students
to provide their own musical instruments, dance shoes, and/or costumes.
Discounts
We offer a 10% discount to returning CSArts Academy students, currently enrolled
Orange County School of the Arts (OCSA) students, and students who register for
more than one CSArts Academy class. If you are new to CSArts Academy and are
registering for more than one class, this discount will automatically be applied to one
of your classes and will be reflected on your checkout balance when you register
online. If you are a returning CSArts Academy student or a currently enrolled OCSA
student, please contact [email protected] to receive a discount code for a 10%
discount. This discount will be applied to one of your classes and will be reflected in
your checkout balance when you register online.
Payment Plan

Scholarships
We offer scholarships on a financial need basis. If you believe you may qualify,

Canceled Classes
A class may be canceled if the class enrollment minimum is not reached up to three
(3) business days before the start of the class. You may transfer to another class and
transfer the registration fees from the canceled class if you do so within two (2) days
of the cancellation.
Refunds
If a class is canceled by the CSArts Academy for any reason, a full refund
will automatically be processed within two to three (2-3) business days of the
cancellation. Refunds can be requested by participants up to one (1) week
BEFORE the start date of the class and are subject to a $50 PER CLASS
DROP FEE. Due to the limited number of spaces available in our classes, NO
REFUNDS will be issued after the start of the class. REFUND POLICIES ARE
STRICTLY ENFOURCED.
