ON THE COVER Ryan McCown returns as quarterback for the Jacksonville Indians this fall . The strong-arm senior , who is the son of former Jacksonville and Texas A & M quarterback Randy McCown , had 2,154 passing yards and 15 touchdowns a year ago . He will look to pick up where he left off last year when the Tribe takes the field this season .
