bathroom amenities by L’Occitane.
First impressions was the extra space
allowing more comfortable living along
with the array of hanging space and
storage/drawer space – there was so
much storage that a great deal went
unused. We stuck to our plan and made
Symphony of the Sea our home,
leaving the ship only once in Naples.
This allowed us the run of the ship
when in port as most passengers left
to explore or take excursions. Our suite
was our home.
A bowl of fruit was replenished during
the cruise. We had the opportunity to experience
speciality restaurant Hooked, 150
Central Park, Jamie’s Italian and
Wonderland as well as the main dining
room – all highly recommended – all
except the main dining room have
a surcharge. The food absolutely
delicious and the service – very friendly
and first class! We also found time
to lunch at the Cafe Promenade,
Windjammer Marketplace, Park Cafe
Jackie and Raj were available to assist
us throughout our cruise from 8:00 am
to 11:00 am and 5:00 pm to 8:30 pm
daily in the suite lounge and were
always friendly, helpful and ready for
a chat – eager to please and make
sure we were having a good time. It
was noted they made sure to catch up
and socialise with all guests.

and pizza at Sorrento’s – a variety of
food from soup to sandwiches, pasta
to sweets and salads – all enjoyable.
Our time on board was most relaxing
because of the facilities we chose
and areas on board such as Central
Park, the Royal Promenade and the
Broadwalk, the incredible staff in
particular the wait staff, especially
Jackie and Raj our onboard
Concierges, our stateroom attendant
Isha and the variety and availability
of food and dining venues as well as
entertainment.
If you can afford the “suite life” then do
indulge – you will not be disappointed.
