for King and Country have not only spoken out about our value as women, but have coupled their words with daunting action!
The Smallbone brothers wear necklaces that are the size and color of a one-cent coin. These necklaces have the word PRICELESS stamped into them. These necklaces symbolize the fact that females are worth a lot more than all of the money in the world.
“Who can find a wife of noble character? Her worth is far above rubies!” -Proverbs 31:10

"It is incredible. We have literally seen thousands of guys and girls rally behind this cause and wear these necklaces. When women are wearing these necklaces they are saying, 'I know what I am worth, I am a princess and I deserve to be treated like one,' and men are saying, 'We'll step up to the plate. We'll stand out, chivalry is NOT dead, it is time for us to treat these ladies as they are supposed to be treated, with respect and honor.'" -Joel
Joel said almost every night that they have a performance, they see girls walk in, and their band members catch a glimpse of the girls' wrists. They can see the cut marks lining their arms. He shared about a girl who came in with a t-shirt rolled up in her hand. She handed it to him and said to read it later. When he got on the bus that night he read the t-shirt. It simply said that Monday before she was planning on ending her life. But the Proof of God's love saved her.
"Music is definitely the vehicle for us, we love the music, we have a passion for it. And it is moments like with the girl and her t-shirt that you see people respond to the Message. They don't respond with a leisurely gesture, they respond in such a radical way that you are very honored to be doing what you are doing." -Joel
Women also have a responsibility to encourage the men in their lives to become those knights and princes.
Mighty Knights of Valor
It isn't just men who can encourage women to embrace their worth; women have a responsibility to encourage the men they know to become those Prince Charmings and Knights in Shining Armor.
" I sorta feel as though the Prince Charmings and the Knights in Shining Armor are the ones who aren't noticed as much. They are the ones who aren't quite in the limelight. They are the ones that are sincere, outstanding, moral, and thoughtful men. In this day and age, the immediate thing that pops into mind are the visuals, the ones who look dreamy and are all flirtatious. But there is so much more to it than that. Prince Charming is a man who you would see serving the poor and the needy. He would be the one taking care of the widows and the orphans. Someone who would look after their parents. Someone who would serve in a job with his whole heart and soul, no matter what the job is. In my mind, a true Prince Charming is a man who really follows Jesus and His principles in a radical way." -Joel
So how can we encourage these Prince Charming's to really step up and become Godly Knights in armor? By doing just that: Encourage. Be honest. Be open.
