JUAN CARLOS RAMOS
CAMPUS MONITOR
CROWLEY HIGH SCHOOL
The Crowley ISD Heartbeat Team Award recognizes
employees who display heart as they go above and
beyond their job description, inspiring other employees
through their extraordinary work ethic. Heartbeat Team
Award winners are nominated only by other district
employees. A winner is selected monthly throughout
the school year.
On Juan Carlos Ramos:
“He works above and beyond what is expected of
anyone during the day. He anticipates our needs on a
daily basis. There are so many times that I will radio
him to see if he can do something quickly, and when
he answers, he’s usually already got it done.”
Robert Gillies, Principal
Crowley High School
JAN
KELLY BROWN
INSTRUCTIONAL COACH/STEM COORD.
SUMMER CREEK MIDDLE SCHOOL
On Kelly Brown:
“She helps everything come together. She helps
with the Veteran’s Day Breakfast and she organizes
field trips. Some people say that if you’re the STEM
coordinator, that’s what you’re supposed to do, but she
does more than that.”
Stephan Reid, Student
Summer Creek Middle School
On Angie Wilkinson:
FEB
ANGIE WILKINSON
AVID DISTRICT DIRECTOR
CROWLEY ISD
The monthly Heartbeat Team Award winner receives $50
cash courtesy of EECU, a free meal from Aladdin Cafe and is
recognized at a Crowley ISD Board of Trustees meeting.
“Being around Angie is like being in a whirlwind of
energy. She’s always saying ‘What else can we do for
our kids in Crowley ISD and our families.’ It’s just a
blessing to be around her and we’re blessed to have
her in our district.”
