On day two of a weekend-long
birthday celebration for my friend/
mentor Theo, we end up down a
logging road at a lake where we
meet a friendly fisherman and
his old dog. He tells us about an
overgrown path on the side of the
logging road that we’d never see.
Ducking through the branches and
following a worn grown-in path
through the moss, we arrive at the
waterfall as it plummets down into
the Fraser Canyon.
