Crossing Canada With The Maplemusketeer Volume One - An Overview (June 2014) | 页面 328
The Stade Olympique has been
photographed many times since its
construction for the 1976 Montreal
Olympics, but I don’t worry about
what others have done, and just
try to take whatever pictures I see.
With the light and shadow being
what it is at this exact time, I’ve
decided the tower reminds me of
Orthanc (in Isengard) from the
Lord of the Rings.
I’m travelling around Montreal
with my old Flickr friend Martin
again, and it’s such a delight
getting to just hang out and share
conversation with him. We’re going
to head up Mount Royal in a bit,
and amble about the city to some
places Martin knows of.
