If you look carefully around Old
Montreal you will see evidence
of the past in the Ghost Building
walls left behind. From stones to
bricks and beyond, the layers of
development are hinted at around
different corners.

It seems to me that humans have a thing
for trying to build with straight lines.
As foundations settle over time, and
based upon where we choose to stand/
squat/situate, it can make for quite the
appealing sight.
