I’ve known Dan since we
went to high school together.
I think he was in Grade
8 when I was in Grade
11, or something like that.
I was preparing to find my
way to Ottawa when I saw
him post a status update
that he was flying back to
Toronto from a visit on
the West Coast. A flurry of
messages exchanged and I’m
postponing my departure for
after a few days of hanging
out, visiting the university
where he’s working on his
Ph.D of Computer Sciences,
and the sharing of stories.
