These gentlemen will be receiving a belt buckle with the Crossfire Brand on it as a thank you for their service. With safety being one of the most important aspects of the com- pany, we like to recognize those districts which show hard work and consistency when it comes to enforcing safe practices in the field. Our safety culture is a way to capture jobs, positive PR and most importantly to protect our employees and their families. As Crossfire believes “We are the sum of our people,” we know that we would not be successful without keeping those people safe.         Darrell Archibeque— Western Slope Su- perintendent David Keenzel—Four Corners Line Locator Jason Cole—Four Corners Superinten- dent Lucas Avery—Four Corners Senior Pro- ject Manager Michael North—Four Corners Welder Pablo Monreal—East Texas Skilled Labor- er Socorro Avena— Four Corners Fore- man Wayne Koerner— Director of Special Projects The Western Slope Division, based out of Vernal, UT. has recent- ly received an award for maintaining the “Top Overall Safety Per- formance” for 2016. This goes to show that when it comes to safe- ty, Jason McInnes and his crews throughout the division, have ex- celled. In 2016 the division had the least amount of safety inci- dents. We would also like to recognize the Bakken Division, based out of North Dakota. With ND once being the most booming location for the industry, a lot of companies became sloppy with their safety practices. Don Balerio and his teams in that Division, have contin- ued on the path of positive safety methods. For 2016, they demonstrated the Top Overall Reporting and Program Participa- tion. Thank you all for putting safety first. We strive to continue with out outstanding safety record and reputation. Keep up the good work in every district to help Crossfire continue to grow.
