Office Updates / Changes

Human Resources Blurbs
Trina Kitzman has moved her desk over with the PO Agents but will continue as an Account Payable Administrator
Kristen Johnston is now permanently back in the Durango Corporate office and she is no longer in the payroll department . - Julia Koschke will now be the only person handling payroll related tasks ( vacation request , 401k , W2s ) -Julie Gonzales at Strike will now be handling Crossfire Benefits ( except for corrections and distribution of 2016 and prior 1095s — will still be Kristen )
The HR department has seen some changes and Tabetha Lee and Hayley Schear now accompany the larger office in the back building at the Corporate Office . They will now have the ability to allow new hires in the local office to complete all paperwork online at the 5 stations they will have set-up for them .
Alan Mathews has also changed offices and is now located next to Reed .
Bernie Young has recently moved from the Corporate office in A / R to the Four Corners office as the Office Manager .
401k — for Crossfire employees who were enrolled in the 401k before the transition , had a period in which you could withdraw funds or transfer them . There is now a blackout period in which you cannot move your funds . This blackout period will end June 26,2017 . If you would like to move your funds , you can do so after the blackout period if you did not do so before .
For all Employees that are interested in 401K and have not signed up for Fidelity yet , you are eligible after 12 months of consecutive employment .
