C RO S S Workshop A IV. Concept prototyping After designing the new service procedure, what follows up is to design concept prototype. Let’s continue with the example of clothes donation. In the new service procedure, donators are required to fold the clothes and pack it by themselves; therefore we should design a working platform combining all the functions needed in the donation procedure including instruction for folding clothes and packing clothes (with boxes provided), and have donators print out the bar code and paste it on the box to accelerate the follow-up distribution procedure (figure 6).
