Ms. Hoang is an amateur birder, who volunteers with Nature Vancouver by co-leading bird walks. Her spark bird is a male Wood Duck because he’ s flashy. Her nemesis bird is the Chipping Sparrow, always heard but never seen. This is a recount of a birding trip in Danang, Vietnam.
