Under this “Daily Food and Wages for Chanting
Scheme" carried out by the Ashram, those with no
income and not capable of doing any job
are invited to spend the whole day doing Japa of
Lord's name, kirtan and satsang and are given
food and wages so that poverty and unemployment
are reduced and the atmosphere is also purified by
japa and kirtan.
