Welcome

First and foremost, I'd like to thank every single one of you who took the time to read issue one of Criterium magazine.

As I mentioned in my editor notes of issue 1, this was something that was almost thrown together as a way of getting my opinions on cycling out there, never did I imagine, that it would pick up the support it has done and that we'd have almost 500 views of our first ever issue.

Unfortunately, things have been a bit slower in the office this month with our internet and web servers going down followed by a handful of other engagments, limiting the time I could dedicate to getting this issue out to the design team and eventually to you guys.

However, we're back on track now and all of us here at Criterium hope you can forgive these early 'teething' problems... or should I say an early machanincal issue?

So, now you all know whats been happening at the Criterium office, it's time to give you a quick insight into what to expect from issue 2.

In addition to the regular 'cycling club' catch up feature, where this month we visit Hethersett Velo Club, we again catch up with resident writer, Erica Auger who talks about getting into cycling from a female point of view... she even catches up with a few top riders from the womens scene.

However, this month see's us bring you a new feature, one in which ventured slightly out of Norfolk for. Whilst catching a couple of stages of Le Tour in the Rapha Cycle Cafe, I was lucky enough to catch up on some of the cycling scene from the capital and we have been in regular communication with a few riders who frequent the cycle paths of London about the perks, problems and future of cycling in Britains busiest city.

Again, thankyou for your huge support, appologies for the delay in release of issue 2 and as always...

Enjoy the ride and keep cycling.
