Conclusion:
In the absence of substantive evidence, we call upon UCI to repeal T-L’s ban and let him return to the sport immediately. The burden of proof in a court of law would be ‘beyond reasonable doubt’ – to suggest that it can be concluded beyond reasonable doubt that T-L doped is preposterous – we simply cannot make these assumptions about an individual’s career and reputation.
