CM:

With the Yorkies becoming on of the most popular cycling clubs in Norwich, what does the future hold for the club? Are there plans to become a BC registered club? Get a race team?

AB:

Norwich is lucky and has some fantastic cycle clubs that offer a wide range of competitive events, teams and British Cycling affiliation, but for us it's always been and always will be about social cycling and getting people out there riding.

CM:

This may be a tricky one, but we believe that every cycling club is unique. So what do you think makes the Yorkies different from your bog standard cycling club?

AB:

That’s a tricky one. I think the fact that it’s got a pub for a club house is something not many clubs can say (this gives us a unique environment to ride out from and return to post ride. It also gives us the opportunity to have a drink, grab some food and watch rides on the big screens which very few clubs can offer) but on a whole, it's not just been cycling for some people, it's been a life changing experience - my wife and I included and thats what we’re really proud of.
