PSYCHOLOGICAL INCAPACITY
Some people who have committed various crimes
were due to being psychologically unstable. This
is considered to be strong and enough reason
that can provoke a person to commit a crime.
This results from either nurture or nature, can
even be both. Nature means that the person's
problem result from the defects of genetics, while
the other result from the difficult and harsh
environment. In court, a psychological claim is
considered valid stating the submissions of
complete psychological and medical documents
required.
There are many criminal lawyers who pull the
string towards psychological defense to make the
side of the case in a good advantage.
past victimization
Who can ever be more vengeful than those who have been victims of crimes? Those
who acquired the “hands-on” experience on how it actually feels are more likely to get
hurt, cheated on, and abused. There are some victims who remain fixated as a result of
traumatic experiences and imbibed the same logic to those whom they have hatred for.
